SUNRISE.

During the 30 day .co.com Sunrise Period, trademark holders will have the first opportunity to register available .co.com domain names that are an exact match of their mark. Available names are those that have not been reserved, restricted or otherwise allocated prior to the Sunrise Period. Registrations will take place through participating registrars displayed at http://registry.co.com/registrars/.

To be eligible to submit a Registration Request during Sunrise, you must be the recipient of a Signed Mark Data (SMD) file issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse. You must produce an SMD file with a “Mark” field which is an exact match to an available .co.com domain name.

Participating .co.com Registrars will begin accepting Sunrise registrations on February 24th. The Sunrise Period will continue until March 25th at 23:59 GMT (7:59 pm EDT).

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. If more than one Registration Request meets the eligibility criteria for the same Available Name, the .co.com domain name will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registrations are in real-time and domain names will be available for use at the time of registration.

All Registration Requests must be conditioned on the Applicant’s certification, representation, and warranty that the request is compliant with the relevant Sunrise requirements.

Domain name Registrars will determine the retail pricing for .co.com domain names. Premium domain pricing for names will be set by co.com LLC, and will vary depending on the domain name.
